Why do we end almost every performance by singing So Long, Farewell? We have no idea. Its spiritual meaning is . . . none. If it looks like we never rehearse it, it’s because we don’t. As every audience knows by the end, we’re certainly not singers. So why? ‘Cause it’s funny, I guess. Plus, no one can think of anything we’d like better even though Fth’s directors have been listening to that ridiculous thing for fifteen years now. The original music was on something called a "cassette tape." Help us . . . please.
